Dedicated to children and families, the Musée en Herbe is not just any museum! It aims at raising the awareness of young visitors (from 2 and 1/2) to art and culture and helps develop their curiosity. It stands out for its original approach based on playful and fun activities.
With approximately 70,000 visitors per year, this museum founded in 1975, enables young children to learn while having fun thanks to a colourful, fun and informative experience. Various exhibitions, games and events on artistic, scientific and civic topics are offered, as well as workshops using children’s creativity. In over thirty years, the museum has hosted exhibitions on Victor Vasarely, Dali, Warhol, Matisse, Tintin and even graffiti.
This originality gave the place its reputation and it’s a great opportunity for children to blossom while developing their knowledge. A visit followed by a workshop is a very good combination. Afterwards, even the parents cannot believe their eyes when they see the masterpieces their children have made!
