    The Reference library's (Bibliothèque d'étude) reading rooms open from Tuesday to Saturday, from  10:00 to 20:00 and on Sunday from 13:00 to 19:00. Closed on Monday, and 1/01, Easter Sunday and Monday, 1/05, 8/05, Ascension Thursday, Pentecost Sunday and Monday, 14/07, 15/08, 1/11, 11/11 and 25/12.

Accessibility

Access for disabled visitors arriving by vehicle at the staff car park on the Quai François Mauriac, on presentation of justifying documentation.
Auditoriums and reception desks in the East Hall fitted with induction loops.
"Introduction to the library" area, East Hall, including subtitled videos.
Lectures subtitled and interpreted in French sign language (See cultural programme at www.bnf.fr).
