As a major event in autumn, the Ile-de-France Festival invites you to a new edition.
For forty years now, the Festival has become a tradition. Furthermore, the months of September and October rhyme with the Ile-de-France Festival. It is a compelling musical event with the main objective to offer Ile-de-France citizens a rich and original cultural event, focused on the sometimes unprecedented concerts at the heritage sites of the region.
There’s no gainsaying that this 2016 edition will exude a specific aura as the Festival will be turning 40. Furthermore, there is no doubt that the organization of this event will be commensurate with its scale thanks to the fact that since its creation, the Festival has always provided a stream of artists from across the board. Whether it deals with contemporary world, classical or baroque music, the event builds a bridge between gender and generations. Alongside the concerts, diverse conferences, workshops and master classes are equally organized.
