The Grand Hôtel Barrière (4 stars) in Enghien-les-Bains inaugurated in the spring of 2011 a new upscale bar-restaurant emphasizing good and healthy cuisine. The chef Bruno Vitrac offers fresh, seasonal products and a tonic cuisine, savoury and light at the same time.
