Named Best (pastry) Artisan of France in 1993, Laurent Duchêne is a true artisan of desserts. In his beautiful shop in the 13th arrondissement (he also opened La Pâtisserie de Kyoko at Convention), one is at the epitome of pleasure in front of his sublime desserts (a special mention for the Pango: Crème brûlée, passionfruit jelly and Pannacotta), fruit cakes and his millefeuille in old rum.
