A real horse butchery, one of the last, which also offers more rare meats such as bison from Canada and ostrich... That is what primarily makes the originality of this institution. If one adds the décor, almost untouched since the 1930s, and the superb selection of cold cuts (sausages from Auvergne, Andouille de Guéméné, pork morsels from Sarthe), one is conquered.
