For three generations, the Boucherie Lamartine has been recognized as one of the best Parisian butcheries. Created in 1875, it always wears a façade dating to 1900 of the most beautiful effect. In the interior, we find the best, simply: lamb from Pauillac and from Sisteron where the pre-salted from Mont Saint-Michel, veal from Corrèze, farm pork from Brittany, Blonde d'Aquitaine, beef from the Limousin, Normandy, Angus...
