In 2008, Philippe Dupont took over this butchery of the 13th arrondissement. He has kept a part of the team and the spirit. This one of a kind, authentic, antique butchery, with sausages on the ceiling, a welcoming smile, deli meats and cold cuts well supplied, and a beautiful selection of products. The meats are refined in cold storage for a dozen days.
