John Fournier, assisted by his accomplices Fabrice and Patrick, was able to give a resolutely elegant touch to his butchery near the National Assembly. The meat here is like valuable jewellery, but it is pleasures of the table which are in question... and what pleasures they are! Lamb from Sisteron, beef from Coutancie, poultry from Bresse and Burgundy, young veal from Corrèze...
