This feast for the eyes is deliciously based around fish and meat dishes accented with flowered herb ravioli, and sweet onion soup with parmesan Reggiano. Extremely refined, subtle flavors are found in the desserts, most notable are the apple rose-bouquet tart or an avocado-pistachio soufflé.
