The Grand Hôtel Barrière (4 stars) in Enghien-les-Bains inaugurated in the spring of 2011 a new upscale bar-restaurant emphasizing good and healthy cuisine. The chef Bruno Vitrac offers fresh, seasonal products and a tonic cuisine, savoury and light at the same time. Delicious detox, fitness and body shape dishes, navarins d'agneau (lamb stew with root vegetables) to share, lean fish and organic chicken are served.
